PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

The purpose of the campaign was to increase brand awareness of House by Urban Splash in Cambridgeshire and strengthen relationships with local companies.

CLIENT PROFILE

House is new kind of modern housebuilder. We do things differently. We make beautiful, configurable, design-led homes, where space and natural light are a priority. House work with some of the best architects in the country and use sustainable Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to create distinctive new neighbourhoods built around character, green spaces, and a sense of community.

House by Urban Splash are building a new neighbourhood in Cambridgeshire, Inholm – Northstowe’s most desirable quarter. The first 43 properties here are Town House homes, you’ll find them on Inholm’s peninsula overlooking the neighbouring water parks and Cambridgeshire countryside.

MARKETING ACTIVITY

The bike seats were distributed in line with Bike Week 2021, along with signage, social media campaigns, and blogs. We highlighted just how bike-friendly Northstowe and surrounding areas are, and focussed on green living, and sustainability at Inholm. Some of the locals that received the bike seat covers were the teachers and students at Northstowe Secondary School, and the employees at Cambridge Science Park and Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

CAMPAIGN REACH

Since Bike Week 2021, we’ve distributed approximately 2,000 bike seat covers to locals – and we continue to do so to this day. The campaign really allowed us to show the community down in Cambridgeshire that we stand by our ethos to ‘Live Well by Design’ in green neighbourhoods built to benefit our homeowners and the environment.
